Pizza Continued

No word from the manager, so I complained to the corporate headquarters. Got this response from them:

Mr. Xxxxx:

Thank you for taking the time to write Pizza Inn. Let me first apologize for your experience. We pride ourselves on exceeding our guests' expectations, and clearly, we were unable to achieve this for you. Your comments are important to us, and we take them very seriously.

The location, in question, is a franchise-owned store. I will forward your concerns to the owners of this location so they may look into the situation and get with their staff immediately. Your frustration is understandable, but please allow us to address this issue in a timely manner.

Thank you, and have a pleasant day.

Follow-up: Well, well, got a call from the manager last night. Buffet half price for my family on our next visit. Sometimes you just have to complain folks. It works.

Sometimes, you should complain. (Where human body parts are found within your food)

Sometimes, you need to think about whether it really does warrant a complaint. (Did it really matter that much? Are you just being a whinger?)

Sometimes, you just need to make a mental note that it wasn't somewhere you would go back to.

It's only pizza.
